Shipping Information
Processing Time:

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates:

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options depending on your location and order total. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Serene Reverie experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind:

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or offering a refund.

How to Start a Return
